Where our money comes from

- One-time reports. Second Opinion is free during our beta and will be $49 after. Deal Pass ($149) is coming soon.
- Real estate services, only if you ask. heybrie.ai is operated by Coffee Cake And Real Estate Corp., a licensed Florida real estate brokerage. If you ask Brie to have an agent contact you, one of our licensed agents will follow up. If you then choose to hire us to buy or sell, the brokerage earns a commission or fee that you agree to in writing up front.
What we never do
- heybrie.ai’s answers don’t change based on whether a home sells, or for how much.
- Brie’s answers never push you to hire us. Asking for an agent is always your idea, never a condition of using heybrie.ai.
- No agent, lender or company can pay to be recommended in Brie’s answers.
- We don’t sell your questions or documents.
